"After having 6 children without doulas, I was a little concerned at how having a doula for my 7th delivery would play out. Would I feel like a watched pot or would my focus be thrown off?? However, that was not at all how I felt. I felt supported and encouraged. I felt that my desires or hopes for my birth were the paramount issue, and that she would honor my wishes above her own personal opinions, had they differed.
The morning I labored, Brandi was very present and eager to help in any way. We chatted as I walked through contractions. And when the back labor set in, she was so accomodating to help me through the pain.
Having just moved to the area and having no prior experience with the hospital, Brandi was a valuable asset to my birth plan and team. I could focus more on getting through the last weeks of pregnancy and then labor, knowing that I had her on my side!" :) Rebecca Y.

Brandi will forever be a part of the birth day of my first child. When we found out we were pregnant, we started doing our research like so many other first time parents do. After my husband and I decided on our birth plan, we knew bringing in the support of a doula was important to us. Knowing that the birth would be hard, the extra support was just as much for me as it was for my husband. When it was time to start the search for a doula, I reached out to Brandi and she was quick to respond and easy to talk to. When we met for the first time, she made me feel comfortable, and I immediately knew we could trust her. Once we hired Brandi, we stayed in touch frequently, and she was consistent in checking in on me. The day of my birth, she was there when we needed her, and she followed us to the hospital after coming first to our home. She coached us well and did everything she could to make me comfortable. She stuck by my side through every decision and held my hand when it was time to push. She was everything we could have asked for and my husband and I both are more than pleased with our decision to bring her in to be a part of our birth story. Thank you Brandi. Hallie and Josh

Hendrix is my little heart hero. He had two holes in his heart when he made his appearance and went through two open heart surgeries before turning one. I am forever honored to have been apart of his birth with my good friend Kimberely! She is such a strong mama and women. I admire her so much!
